Using Manage Repository

  • Locate "Manage Repository" under repository on all levels of the sites. The Content Repository stores all of the content for the entire metasite.
  • If you know the title of the content, you may use the Search option to locate it in the repository. The content items are listed in alphabetical order by type of content.
  • Select the "Title" link to display the content description and links to the content proxies.

Manage Text Content, Images, Audio, Documents, and Video

These categories all may be accessed in the repository section and are managed in the same manner as stated above.
