The Content Repository Manager allows Editors to view and manage all the contents of the repository in one place.
|Title||lists each content object's title, along with an icon depicting its content type.|
|Proxies||tells how many places that content object is being used.|
|ShowPublic||tells how many places that content object is viewable to Anonymous users.|
|Modified||displays the date on which that content object was last modified.|
Export All Assets: allows Editors to export the content of the repository, except for questions and videos, into a SCORM-compliant XML format.
Re-Catalog: allows Administrators to recatalog the repository in order to get the proxies to reconnect to their content.
These categories all may be accessed in the repository section and are managed in the same manner as stated above.
To add an Image, Audio, or Document:
You may now use this Image, Audio, or Document throughout the Meta-site.
To add a Video:
You may now use this Video throughout the Meta-site.
This provides a table listing each type of Knowledge Object in the repository and the number of unique instances of that type.
